The prestigious Global Business and CSR Awards 2025 ceremony, along with a high-level discussion titled “What We Can Do for Bangladesh’s Economic Prosperity,” was held yesterday at a prominent five-star hotel in the capital. Among the 52 distinguished awardees from around the globe, Dr. Tufael, a renowned biochemist at Ibn Sina Diagnostic and Imaging Center, Dhaka, received the “Best Laboratory Scientist Award” for his outstanding contributions to healthcare and medical diagnostics.

Dr. Tufael’s groundbreaking work in clinical biochemistry has played a transformative role in advancing diagnostic accuracy in Bangladesh. His expertise in biomarker analysis, test standardization, and laboratory quality control has significantly improved the detection and management of diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, and metabolic disorders.
